"Terrible experience! We had damage from the ice storm and they told us our roof was put on wrong. The adjuster smelled like marijuana and said they couldn’t do enough to meet our deductible because our roof was put on wrong. We have full coverage house insurance, shop insurance, camper insurance, 4 vehicles, side by side insurance , and have never used or filed a claim! We added on that part of the house last year and was brand new! We will definitely be taking our insurance to someone else!!!!!"

"I’d leave zero stars if it was an option. We cancelled our home and auto insurance with State Farm, and this office took money out of one of our bank accounts without our permission. Then 4 days later they once again took money out of another bank account that we used to pay for on one of our vehicles that was never set up on auto-pay. I’d avoid this office unless you do mind incompetent people taking money out of your bank account then an agent lying about it being refunded when you call to find out why they took it out. And we still haven’t been refunded."

"Terrible experience in recent years and it all boils down to inadequate communication and lack of transparency. Those things are extremely valuable in business and best yet - they’re free! I’ve tried tirelessly to reach out to this office to resolve our issues but to no avail. Shawn King in Tupelo was able to put all issues to rest within a 30 minute phone call. More than can be said for this office. Give Shawn a chance - they’re great!"

"I was happy at 1st but here lately my bill keeps going up a few more dollars Jeremy says he'll look at and give me a call back after he emails home office, he's never called me back and I don't understand how my insurance was just renewed in May but the price goes up 3months later.. I've called and left a message 2 times and still haven't heard from him. Seems like a problem/issue to get a direct answer.. Or your a problem when you need them Update still no call from them 3 days later. I called farm bureau Union County and got the same coverage $40 cheaper/month. I'll be swapping to them when my next payment is due."
